"I have not had much direct contact with Mr. Johnson, but when I do, he is always upbeat, and professional. (He is more of the behind-the-scenes kind of guy). Kelvins personal assistant, Lotasha is amazing! It may not be her name on the business, but this woman knows her stuff! She is an extraordinary asset to the company. She has all the answers and if she doesn't, she makes the calls to corporate to get the answers. She calls back/emails with any info you may need in a very timely manner, and sometimes even if she's on vacation! During any communication with Lotasha, she always exudes professionalism, (with a little humor added in) maintains tons of patience, reassurance, and a lot of knowledge for all your insurance questions, no matter how anxiety-ridden, you, and those questions may be. She even offers professional reccommendations or just simple suggestions from personal and work experience. Lotasha goes above and beyond her work "responsibilities". Mr. Johnson is lucky to have such a hard-working, intelligent woman working for him! This company doesn't bounce you around and avoid your calls. They get the answers you need asap!..highly reccommend..5 out of 5 stars!"

"Super unprofessional for clients. Lazy office, doesn't return calls, slow to do anything, seldom answers the phone. Insurance agents make more signing new business than retaining old business so it's not surprising as they have little incentive. Greg was a great agent but sadly passed away and state farm gave us this guy after a year. We had to change to a different agent, Wayne Bassett, and haven't had any more issues."

"Avoid this agent at all costs! The office is super slow to respond, and the admin support is unprofessional. Our policy was decent from the company, but this agent's office is incompetent. We needed to correct a simple part of our contact info and after many months of runaround with them, we went thru my neighbor's SF agent to get it done within minutes. Weeks later, we witness the assistant tell our client (who's a sweet business woman interested in giving them more lines) that instead of correcting her name on the policy that she should continue paying the premium & they'd get to the fixing her name later. She was patient, saying the assistant may be overwhelmed, but we have already found another office to service our needs. Run! No need to pay where service is not a priority!"

"Run from this agent. The agent we had sadly passed away and Kelvin was the replacement. Have never heard from him. His office never answers their phone, doesn't return phone calls. Just not interested in helping you. They have been setting up auto pay on my insurance since November, but every month I get a notice my payment is late. Now I'm getting a cancellation notice. But Kelvin Johnson's office is just not interested in helping. Also asked for assistance in lowering my rate. Couldn't be bothered to help with that either. I'll be switching agents and definitely not recommending him."
