"Avoid this agent at all costs! The office is super slow to respond, and the admin support is unprofessional. Our policy was decent from the company, but this agent's office is incompetent. We needed to correct a simple part of our contact info and after many months of runaround with them, we went thru my neighbor's SF agent to get it done within minutes. Weeks later, we witness the assistant tell our client (who's a sweet business woman interested in giving them more lines) that instead of correcting her name on the policy that she should continue paying the premium & they'd get to the fixing her name later. She was patient, saying the assistant may be overwhelmed, but we have already found another office to service our needs. Run! No need to pay where service is not a priority!"

"Run from this agent. The agent we had sadly passed away and Kelvin was the replacement. Have never heard from him. His office never answers their phone, doesn't return phone calls. Just not interested in helping you. They have been setting up auto pay on my insurance since November, but every month I get a notice my payment is late. Now I'm getting a cancellation notice. But Kelvin Johnson's office is just not interested in helping. Also asked for assistance in lowering my rate. Couldn't be bothered to help with that either. I'll be switching agents and definitely not recommending him."
